Sandi – Depression and Anxiety

Dear Antonio,

It's been a little over a week since our session. I wanted to wait to write to you to see if I continued to feel better. Well, I still do. The intense pressure I felt in my throat has subsided by 90%. I figured a week under stressful work situations would be the real test. Only a few times did I begin to feel the pressure but it never got even close to the intensity as it previously had (on an almost daily basis).

I am going to see my doctor this week and let him know I want to start reducing my medication for the depression/anxiety. I will be able to tell within a week or two if this is ok.

I will write again in a few weeks to give you an update and perhaps plan a second session.

Jennifer – Anxiety

Hi Brother Antonio,

I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful session. I am feeling more peaceful since yesterday. I also had a dream last night where I was falling into an abyss. Instead of waking up freaked out, I was lifted from the falling and into a feeling of lightness. If you had anything to do with that, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I also wanted to thank you for your generosity with your time. I know it was late for you, and to even talk longer, I'm truly grateful. I hope God blesses you and your life in abundance.
