I would like to take a small moment of my time to tell you how much I and the rest of our family appreciate what you did. Throughout our journey, there have been many people who have overwhelmed us all. However, there have been those that have greatly disappointed us. It still amazes me that a complete stranger like yourself dropped everything at a moment's notice and attempted to do his very best to make Reniessa's life continue here on Earth. I just want you to know that your kindness and generosity will never be forgotten!! You are truly a very special man.
